…We got the pho dip with pho broth and a banh mi – I’ve never had this and as fellow Vietnamese, I was looking forward to seeing this dish with a modern twist. It was SOOOO goood! Like a French dip but make it elevated pho. So so goood, especially because they use the broth from their actual pho noodle soups!
Everything we ordered was top tier- from the salt and pepper chicken wing with the perfect crisp that was a flavor bomb, and the truffle garlic noodles had a nice texture and perfect taste!
Shoutout to Johnny who gave us wonderful service and crafted tasty and beautiful drinks like my lychee martini. My spouse got a milk tea and the Boba was soft! He was friendly, informative, warm – was handling the bar and also taking care of us!
Our only regret is we didn’t find this place sooner! We’ll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Warmest welcome to a new NON-PIZZA Restaurant in San Carlos! My boyfriend and I went during soft opening where we were greeted immediately by the staff! It was a weekday night and was about half full inside. The theme and colors are amazing and very Instagrammable, especially the lanterns hanging above the bars.
Let it be know this is an international noodle menu- which is a dream! Gone are the days when my boyfriend wants garlic noodles but I want ramen!
What we ordered:
– Spicy wonton appetizer
– Pho with rare beef
– Garlic noodles
– a surprise mocktail made by Johnny
I ended up pouring all my wanton sauce on my garlic noodles because I couldn’t get enough. Everything we tried was great but the favorite was the garlic noods.
Can’t wait to come on a weekend and for the full menu.

We ordered take out. It was our first time trying SC Noodles and we will definitely return! The Korean wings are perfectly cooked with the right amount of BBQ tossed on the wings. The garlic noods are to-die-for!..

Loved their beef pho!! It was heart warming and the broth was delicious. Eating the leftovers now! Will definitely order again. I am a tofu lover and the sweet crispy tofu was one of my top favorites. Also, make sure you order the Salt & Pepper Wings really yummy!! Can’t wait for my next visit!!

We visited San Carlos Noodle House just recently & this time sat around the Bar. The Bar Tenders were a lot of fun & great mixologist! I had a classic martini & my husband a mai tai & both delicious. Then asked to surprise us for one to share & I think it’s our new fave! It’s a Leche Martini! Wow talk about yum!
We ordered Garlic Noodles with Prawns…to die for! Salt & Pepper Prawns too were so perfectly seasoned & delicious! Going to try a few different items or maybe order several dishes to share!
Everyone is so friendly & we love the owner Christian Conte! We’ve been bragging about this new gem in San Carlos & tomorrow are going back with family & friends! Love the cool decor & colors! So much love & effort was put into this lovely new restaurant!

I have eaten at SC Noodle house a few times and each time has been great. I usually get the Thai Style Chow Mein.
This past Friday we decided to try a few more items. We got the Chow Mein, the Szechuan Chili Noodles, the Chinese Chicken Salad and the Pork Ban Mi. All were delicious.
The ambiance at SC Noodle house is cool and inviting and the service has always been attentive and friendly. They are a must try.
