Finally, TrainTACs harness tissue-enriched internalizing receptors to achieve highly selective lysosomal degradation within specific tissues.
Together, these innovative technologies provide researchers with flexible, context-dependent methods for targeting extracellular and membrane proteins that have historically been difficult to treat using conventional biologics.
