We love coming to Stamp Bar & Grill in San Carlos and being greeted by a real friendly staff. Steve makes us feel very special every time we visit. The food is extremely tasty and the drinks are perfect! My wife and I recommend this friendly establishment to anyone who is looking for a place to dine in the city of San Carlos. Wonderful service.. lively vibe and very tasty food! We were there to celebrate last day of kindergarten for our younger one. The server was pleasant and on point with us while making sure the guest of honor was given due attention! Their cocktails were terrific and food was flavorful for everyone… the meat eaters and the vegetarian (me!) all had a great time!! Great desserts too!!

We had my dad’s Celebration of Life at Stamp and we were very pleased with it. Steve Tosun, the owner, was organized, clear, gave several options, and put on the perfect event for us. In addition, he was empathetic in that we had recently lost our dad. We chose a buffet and they closed down inside of the restaurant for us for our event.
We were able to set up the room to our liking and bring in photos and decorate in any way we desired. The food was delicious with tons of options including desserts and everyone had plenty to drink. The staff was quick to help with anything needed. Stamp is the perfect place for a private party of any type-I highly recommend!

Took 2 dear friends here for lunch today! Server immediately recognized me, and greeted me warmly. Atmosphere, service, and food 10 stars. Looks like they have new artwork on the walls! Love that they had vegan options! I had the plant-based burger sandwich. My friends had the chicken tacos and blackened salmon sandwich. She loved the onion soup! We had the tuna poke appetizer, drinks and dessert. A wonderful time was had by all! Lots of laughs with the staff. They make you feel like family. Come give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon with some coworkers. We were about 20 minutes before Happy Hour, but the owner let us already order drinks on Happy Hour pricing. The food was good. We could not stop ordering the calamari – if I could only recommend one item, the calamari would be it! We ordered at least 3 of it as we couldn’t get enough. The fries were also good, and so was the poke. Moving on to the main dishes, the gluten-free penne pasta and lasagna were also quite yummy. With a few cosmos in me and a few beers in my colleagues, and the good food, we had a good time. Would definitely come here again. Tip – at about 3pm there was some street parking available for 2 hours free. There’s also a free parking garage pretty close as well.

This place is a gem in San Carlos. The staff was professional, friendly and quick to recommend some delicious menu items. Drinks were great and when we asked for a special drink, Steve mixed up one to match what we wanted but even better than the original. Desserts were exceptional also. The detail to their menu items and service was terrific. We will be back.

This was my second time dining at Stamp and we had the same server Eray (Ray). Phenomenal service! He recommended the pomegranate cosmo and we loved it so much we came back for it! All the staff is fantastic and attentive. The bathrooms are clean, there are two. Indoor and outdoor seating with heaters outside! Very nice ambiance to go with friends or a date. Highly recommend!

We have come here already several times. The food is so fresh! They use the right amount of seasonings to make their food taste really good! We have tried several different menu items and have been very impressed with the quality. The servers and management are friendly and welcoming. They have outside dining with heaters which is a plus! We seriously have not been disappointed yet and highly recommend this place. It does get busy so you might want to make a reservation to secure your spot!

We never do reviews but this place deserves all 5 stars & more ! We don’t come here often ( I think this was time 3 in about 3 years ? ) We sat at the bar & was treated like family immediately! We were very welcomed & appreciated vs being treated as just some new people that never come there. They have a lot of regulars it seems like & we see why for sure : ) Even seated at the bar & it was being like a family gathering just very comfortable & relaxing.
The food was amazing that I wanted to try it all last night but will try more tonight & probably again next week also : ) The owner Steve is great, so sweet & kind & appreciative of his customers. Our server Luis was just as awesome & attentive : ) Looking forward to seeing these guys again tonight & in the future alot more ! Thanks again, Nickie & Jim

Came in on a busy Friday night with a reservation made on Yelp for outside. We were seated right away right next to a heat lamp and never had an issue being cold. Although their pomegranate martini is not as good as different restaurant on Laurel it was still tasty. I had the burger and it was SOOOO tasty, the beef was absolutely delicious! What really caused me to give this place 5 stars is their service. Absolutely fantastic!! Just a quick FYI it gets LOUD outside on their patio (which made it hard to talk without yelling). It was also challenging as their 4 person table we were seated at felt very snug/small for 4 people with all our dishes. We will be back for the yummy burger and great service.

Birthday lunch on the patio in the sun… everything was terrific, from the food to the service. Great Bloody Mary, and the Pomegranate Martini was good too. The chicken tacos were fresh and delicious, as were the salmon fettuccine and grilled chicken sandwich. The fries were crisp and tasty with subtle seasoning. Looking forward to our next visit! Note: as of this writing, this block of Laurel is entirely closed to cars. You’ll have to park in a nearby lot and walk in; just something to think about for those with mobility issues.

Went on a girls road trip to this place for dinner last night. First time any of us were here (4 of us) and my friend found this by accident. Least to say, it was a damn good place that’s 45 minutes away from home. Perfect place for a date in downtown San Carlos. The lights are gorgeous and the seating outside is accommodated with tower flame heaters, so it’s pretty toasty in there on a cold night.
The food is more on the high end. Two of my friends ordered vegetarian tacos. One ordered the taco sampler. I ordered the oxtail stew. Loved the stew! Came with good sized oxtails. We tried wild berry tart for dessert, which was good. Got some of their drinks too. Definitely a place to try with friends or on a romantic date. Totally worth our trip there.

We really loved our experience there. Tbh, the review is from fall time, but I forgot to review them. The bar is great! Start there before you sit at your table. You will most likely get a chance to interact with and owner, manager, or one of their top notch bar tenders. Drinks were on point and they are just awesome to chat with. Food was delicious as always. Can’t say enough about these guys. We are fans for life after one visit!

This restaurant had the best food ever! We had our company dinner there last night and everyone raved about how good the food was. The manager Moose handled my reservation of 25 people beautifully. He was so wonderful to deal with. He responded to my emails quickly and provided the best service I’ve had. Our server Ray was very very good. He brought out the drinks and food promptly. My people didn’t have to ask for anything because these two guys were on top of it. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Ask for Moose and Ray they will treat you GREAT!

This place is perfect with friends, family, coworkers, dates at anytime of the day. Their service is quick and efficient and the food is amazing. Love their oxtail, pork chop, lasagna and all their drinks! The owner is great and friendly, makes me feel like family. Was there recently for a work holiday party and they accommodated about 15-20 people in record time! Didn’t feel rushed or waited long for our food and drinks. Excellent service. I would highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed. You’re welcome in advance! ; )
