Calling all teens who want to level up their summer from “just hanging out” to actually doing something awesome. The LITE Program (Leader in Training Education) in San Carlos is your backstage pass to running summer camps—and maybe life. This is more than just a volunteer gig. It’s hands-on leadership training for teens who want to work with kids, gain real-world experience, and earn those sweet service hours (or beef up a resume while they’re at it).
