  • Will I bake my bread at the class?
    No, your dough will be in its first rise and ready to bake at home—this ensures a perfect, fresh-baked result the next morning.

  • What should I bring?
    Comfortable, closed-toe shoes and a readiness to get a little messy! We’ll supply everything else.

  • Is it beginner-friendly?
    Absolutely. Whether it’s your first time baking or you’re a seasoned sourdough veteran, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

  • Do I need to be 21?
    Nope, just 18+ to participate. (Though if you’re planning to enjoy a pint while you’re here, you will need valid ID.)
