Relax & Recalibrate offers a soothing sound bath where the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle tones guide you into deep relaxation. This is your time to let go, recharge, and emerge renewed.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and pillow or cushion—comfort is key as you settle in for the journey.
About Your Guide
Victoria Strelnikova, M.A., CMT is a Professionally Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, 100-HR CMT, and Art Therapy Practitioner-in-Training. She is also a facilitator and guide for anyone looking to deepen their spiritual practice, nurture emotional well-being, and connect with their higher self. Victoria’s approach blends intuition, presence, and intention, offering a space where participants feel safe, supported, and uplifted.

What is a sound bath?
Sound baths are ancient in origin and practiced in cultures across the globe. They are immersive, meditative experiences where participants are “bathed” in sound waves created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and drums. These vibrations encourage deep rest, inner balance, and renewal.
What instruments are used at this event?
This session features frosted crystal bowls, chimes, and the human voice.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are removed, and you’ll be lying down on a yoga mat for the session. Please bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Pillow or cushion (anything you need to feel fully supported while resting on the floor)
What are the benefits?

How long is the session?
