She is also a facilitator and guide for anyone looking to deepen their spiritual practice\, nurture emotional well-being\, and connect with their higher self. They are immersive\, meditative experiences where participants are “bathed” in sound waves created by instruments such as singing bowls\, chimes\, and drums. These vibrations encourage deep rest\, inner balance\, and renewal. \nWhat instruments are used at this event?\nThis session features frosted crystal bowls\, chimes\, and the human voice. \nWhat should I wear and bring?\nWear comfortable clothing. Shoes are removed\, and you’ll be lying down on a yoga mat for the session.
