Cuisinett, a beloved monument of French cuisine in San Carlos, bid farewell last Saturday as founder Geoffroy Raby revealed the news in social media and email, exactly on the day of their closing. The announcement was met by hundreds of emotional reactions and messages, most of them sharing their wonderful memories with Raby and the amazing Cuisinett team throughout the years.

Cuisinett closes after 12 Years

“Dear Cuisinett Lovers – Over the past 12 years we have been honored to be part of the San Carlos Community. We’ve buildt long lasting memories and we will be forever thankful to our loyal clientele. Our last day of service will be on Saturday November 25th, 2023. Our lease was reaching the end and we received an offer to buy the location. A new restaurant will replace Cuisinett Bistro & Market starting on 12/01/2023.

I want to thank my employees for the great work they provided over the years. My vendors who continually provided us with the best quality ingredients and my landlord who has been great over all these years. We will take a break and we hope to see you soon in 2024 for some new adventures. Stay tuned!” Geoffroy Raby

For 12 years, Cuisinett has endeared itself to the residents of San Carlos with its delicious French cuisine, warm atmosphere, and gracious staff. Cuisinett was the fruit of Raby’s vision back in 2008 to bring a new style of French Restaurant where you can enjoy great food in a casual and neighborly atmosphere. Thus, in 2011, Cuisinett was born; after the pandemi, the restaurant later on evolved from a fast casual café to a beautiful bistro & market. With classic dishes like Quiches, Escargot, Ratatouille, Roasts and Seafood, Cuisinett offered a delightful and heartwarming dining experience that will be missed by many. Here are some of the dishes to remember:

Cuisinett Menu Ratatouille Cuisinett Menu Salad Cuisinett Menu Sandwich Dijonnais Cuisinett Menu Seafood Stew Cuisinett Menu Organic Roast Chicken Cuisinett Menu New York Stake Cuisinett Menu Duck Leg Confit Cuisinett Menu Beef Bourguignon

Looking on the bright side, Raby mentions this season of closure is just a break – we will see him and his team again in 2024 for a “new adventure.” Follow them in Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/cuisinett.
