For the City Council Meetings, San Carlos City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at 7 p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers unless otherwise noted.
The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is an all-volunteer advisory council to the San Carlos City Council comprised of middle school and high school teens. Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the San Carlos Youth Center Homework Room.
