Women’s Gathering: A Circle to Be Fully Held, Seen, & Heard – Together in Presence and Care

January 25 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Women’s Gathering: A Circle to Be Fully Held, Seen, & Heard

Women’s Gathering: A Circle to Be Fully Held, Seen, & Heard

In a world that constantly asks women to give more—more time, more energy, more emotional labor—there are few spaces that ask women simply to be. Women’s Gathering: A Circle to Be Fully Held, Seen, & Heard was created to be that space: a sanctuary of presence, connection, and deep nourishment.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women who understand what it means to carry a lot. Join us for a morning of intentional connection, light movement, grounding breathwork, and visualization, all designed to bring you back into your body and back into balance.

About This Event

Often times, women are overextended and overwhelmed but still show up day in and day out for everyone in their life. More often than not, reciprocity is not felt. You may recognize this pattern—giving endlessly to family, work, friendships, and responsibilities, while quietly putting your own needs last.

This event was created in response to that reality.

This is a safe space to share without judgment, to know you’re not alone, and to be seen, heard, and held in loving community. There is no pressure to perform, fix, or explain yourself. You are welcome exactly as you are—whether you arrive feeling grounded, depleted, emotional, or simply curious.

This gathering is for:

  • For the women who always give, even when they are tired
  • For the women who struggle to receive, even when support is offered
  • For the women who feel alone, even when surrounded by people

If any of these resonate, this circle is for you.

Come gather.

What Makes This Gathering Different

Unlike traditional workshops or social events, this women’s gathering is rooted in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and authentic connection. The intention is not to overwhelm you with information, but to guide you into a felt sense of safety and belonging.

Through gentle practices and guided experiences, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner voice. The power of this gathering lies not only in the facilitation, but in the collective energy of women coming together with openness and intention.

You don’t need prior experience with breathwork, movement, or meditation. Everything is accessible, gentle, and guided.

Breakdown of the Morning

Welcome, Introductions, and Intention Setting
We begin by arriving together—grounding into the space, meeting one another, and setting personal and collective intentions for the morning. This creates a sense of safety and shared purpose.

Light Movement
Gentle, mindful movement helps release tension stored in the body and supports a sense of ease and flow. This is not exercise—it’s an invitation to listen to your body and move in a way that feels supportive.

Grounding Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful tool for calming the nervous system and bringing awareness into the present moment. You’ll be guided through grounding breath practices that promote relaxation and inner stability.

Visualization
Through guided visualization, you’ll have the opportunity to access deeper insight, clarity, and emotional release. This practice supports reflection and reconnection with your inner landscape.

Check-ins & Connection
This is the heart of the gathering. Women are invited to share—if they choose—in a space that is deeply respectful, confidential, and free from judgment. Listening is just as powerful as speaking.

Debrief
We close by integrating the experience, allowing time to reflect on what came up and how it can be carried forward into daily life.

What’s Next
You’ll leave with clarity on how to continue nurturing yourself and staying connected to this supportive community beyond the gathering.

A Special Invitation

If you are a current practice member that has been to the office in the last 5 months and you bring a friend, you get 2 spots for the price of 1.

This is a beautiful opportunity to introduce someone you care about to a space of healing, connection, and support—while experiencing it together.
