ln our family, May 5th is Cinco de Molly—a joyful fusion of Mexican fiesta and Irish music. Molly, the inspiration behind our pub’s name, graced the world on May 5, 1933. And she loves to celebrate with a Mexican fiesta and Irish music. So this weekend, we’ll be celebrating both holidays and indulging in all of Molly’s favorite things.
