Get Your Flapper On: The Flying Gatsby Ball Lands at Hiller Aviation Museum!
Dust off those fedoras and feathered headbands—The Flying Gatsby Ball is coming in hot, and it’s bringing all the glitz, glam, and swing of the Roaring 20s right to San Carlos! Sponsored by the San Carlos City Centennial Community Grant, this dazzling evening at the Hiller Aviation Museum promises a night of vintage vibes and high-flying fun.
What’s in store?
Come early for special 20’s dance lessons between 5:30pm-6pm.
You’ll be swooning to the live tunes of the Brassworks Swing Band, sipping from a no-host bar, and twirling on the dance floor like it’s 1925. Feeling bold? Show off your snazziest suspenders or flapper fringe in the Roaring 20s Costume Contest—because yes, there will be prizes and eternal Gatsby glory.

Are you a San Carlos resident? Lucky you—admission is FREE (just bring an ID to prove it). And if you’re one of the first 150 residents to arrive, you’ll snag a free dinner AND an ice cream voucher. We’re talking classic sweet treats to match the retro mood.
