Mark your calendars for December 12th, because Pints for Parkinson’s 2024 is set to take place at one of the best local taprooms in town: Out of the Barrel. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, bringing together beer lovers, local residents, and community members to raise funds for an important cause.
The goal of the event is simple but powerful: to support the local Parkinson’s community by raising funds that will go towards education, research, and programming for those living with Parkinson’s Disease. It’s a cause that hits home for many on the Peninsula and surrounding areas, and it’s a chance for all of us to give back while having a great time.
Whether you’re a beer enthusiast, a fan of friendly competition, or simply looking for a fun evening out, Pints for Parkinson’s is the perfect event for you!
New for This Year!
There are several exciting new additions to the event this year, making it even more fun and engaging than before. Pints for Parkinson’s 2024 is not just about drinking beer for a good cause—it’s also about enjoying some healthy competition and delicious food. Here are some highlights:
- Cornhole Tournament & Contests for Prizes
This year, Pints for Parkinson’s is introducing a Cornhole Tournament! You and a partner can enter the tournament for a chance to win great prizes while having fun. In addition, there will be cornhole contests throughout the event with plenty of chances to take home a prize, so bring your A-game! - Pizza Samples for All Attendees
No event is complete without great food, and Pints for Parkinson’s has you covered. Enjoy free pizza samples from local favorite Vicolo Pizza while you sip on your favorite brew. A small donation is suggested, but the pizza is absolutely free for all event attendees—because why not enjoy delicious food for a cause? - Early Bird Registration Discount
It’s always a good idea to register early for Pints for Parkinson’s—especially when you can save a little extra! If you sign up before November 15th, you can take advantage of an early bird discount. Plus, by registering early, you’ll also have your ticket fees waived for both general admission and tournament entries. Don’t wait, register today to save!
Registration Options
There are several ways to participate in this fantastic event, whether you’re planning to enjoy some pints, compete in the cornhole tournament, or simply support the cause with a donation. Here are the registration options:
- General Admission ($50)
For just $50, you can enjoy 2 pints or 1 flight and 1 pint of beer of your choice. You’ll also receive a commemorative beer can pint glass and enjoy a 10% discount on food and merchandise purchases during the event. - Cornhole Tournament Entry ($125)
Want to compete in the cornhole tournament? Grab a partner and enter as a team! For $125, you get two tickets (1 for each team member) for the tournament. This entry includes 2 pints or 1 flight and 1 pint of beer per person, a commemorative pint glass, and a 10% discount on food and merchandise. It’s a great way to get involved, show off your cornhole skills, and support Parkinson’s programming. - Donation (Any Amount)
If you’re unable to attend but still want to contribute to this worthy cause, you can make a donation of any amount. 100% of the donations will go directly to supporting Parkinson’s programming here on the Peninsula. Every little bit helps, and every donation makes a difference.
For an additional keepsake, you can also purchase commemorative pint glasses and event t-shirts during registration. Note that t-shirt orders will be fulfilled after the event if necessary, so you’ll have something to remember the night by.
