Spring Teas at Filoli: Sip, Savor, and Stroll Through Blooming Bliss

If your idea of spring includes sunshine, scones, and maybe just a touch of sparkling wine, then Filoli’s Spring Teas are calling your name—probably in a very polite, British accent.

From April 14 through May 2, 2025, Filoli is hosting a truly elegant tea experience in their charming Garden House, right in the heart of their 16-acre garden bursting with spring blooms. This isn’t your average cup of tea—this is a 90-minute escape into a world of delicate bites, artisan teas, and seasonal magic.

Tea Times:

Monday–Friday at 11am, 1pm, and 3:30pm

What’s Brewing: The Menu

Guests are treated to a three-tiered feast of sweet and savory delights, served alongside artisan loose-leaf teas and a glass of Chandon sparkling wine. It’s a lineup that’s just as photogenic as it is delicious.

Bottom Tier

• Seasonal Squash and Prosciutto Puff Pastry

• Filoli-Fresh Dill and Egg Salad on Marbled Rye

• Strawberry Chicken Salad on Rosemary Focaccia

• Lemon Quinoa Mushrooms

• Cucumber, Cream Cheese, and Rosemary Crostini

Cost: $185 per person – which also includes general admission to Filoli, so you can explore the historic house and gardens before or after your tea.

A Note on Seating:
All guests will be seated at community tables, with arrangements based on your ticket order. Planning to attend with friends? Be sure to book all your seats in one transaction to ensure you’re placed together.
