Who Can Join
This class is open to participants ages 12 and older. Whether you’re a teen looking for a new creative outlet or an adult seeking a fun and challenging fitness experience, aerial silks can be an empowering way to explore movement. The class is ideal for people who want to develop strength and flexibility while expressing themselves artistically.
However, all participants must be in good health and in proper physical condition to engage in aerial silk activities. Safety and Health Guidelines
Your safety is our number one concern. While COVID vaccinations are strongly recommended, they are no longer required to participate in this class. The studio continues to maintain high hygiene and ventilation standards to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.
During class, participants are instructed on how to use the silks properly, spot one another safely, and perform movements within their comfort zone. The supportive environment encourages learning at your own pace without pressure or competition.
Class Policies
Because of the personalized nature of the instruction and the limited equipment, space is limited to a maximum of 10 students per class. This ensures that each participant receives individual attention and guidance.
To hold a class, a minimum of three students must be registered. Once class begins, there are no refunds and no make-up classes, so please be sure of your availability before signing up. These policies help maintain consistency and fairness for all participants and instructors.
