Tiny Builders Wanted: Storytime & Crafts with Local Author Cynthia Muchnick!
Got a kiddo obsessed with dump trucks, diggers, or pretty much anything with a hard hat? Then scoop up your little builder and head over to C is For Construction Storytime and Crafts on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. This event is designed for tiny humans (ages 0–5ish) who love stories, snacks, and seriously cool crafts.
Hosted at [insert venue name if available], this cozy morning gathering features a read-aloud of the brand-new, alphabet-packed picture book “C Is for Construction” by Bay Area native and mom of four, Cynthia Muchnick. This book just made it to the Children’s Book Council Selection list—aka it’s kind of a big deal.
After storytime, the fun keeps going with hands-on, construction-themed crafts (think glue, diggers, and imagination). Plus, snacks will be served for the tiny crew—because crafting works up an appetite.
