The Alexandria is open to the public for all food, beverage, and social events!
There are approximately 4 social events per month. There is a lot of variety and they always try to bring in new and exciting forms of entertainment, bands, game nights and much more! Although The Alexandria closes at 6:00 PM, the place stays open as late as needed for social event nights.
The social events are OPEN TO ALL, please feel free to join and bring family and friends!
About the Restaurant: Salt + Brine
Salt + Brine are open Monday through Friday for regular service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. “Regular Service” is explained below..
- Coffee: Served from 7:00 AM till the entire day.
- Lunch: Served from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- Happy Hour: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – $2 off all drinks: full bar, craft cocktails, 12 local beers on draft, and signature wines.
- Alcoholic Drinks: Served from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Food: Modern American with an emphasis on fresh, local, and variety. Mix of counter service and grab + go. Enjoy our menu’s seasonal harvest bowls with goat cheese, sweet peaches, and savory walnuts, various rotating paninis, and delicious baked goods.
Drink (AM): Stop by the coffee bar at any hour of the day to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon pick me up. Enjoy a luxurious cafe experience featuring a La Marzocco espresso machine with artisan espresso beans sourced from Café Luxxe.
Drink (PM): Salt + Brine offers a complete bar experience, featuring a curated craft cocktail menu, a selection of rare and exceptional spirits, and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
About the Alexandria
The Alexandria is a members-only club located at the Alexandria Center for Life Sciences (ACLS) in San Carlos, designed to foster connections between tenants and the broader community. It was inspired by a desire to bring together people with shared interests in the heart of Silicon Valley’s innovation hub.
