Set against the breathtaking backdrop of aviation history, this year’s gala carries the bold and exciting theme: TOP GUN – AIM HIGH. The evening promises energy, elegance, and a powerful sense of forward momentum as we honor new leadership and celebrate the continued growth of the AREAA community.

You Are Invited to the 2026 AREAA San Francisco–Peninsula Installation Gala

This exclusive evening will celebrate the installation of Incoming 2026 President Harvey Young alongside the “Best of the Best” Board of Directors. Together, they will chart a powerful course forward for the organization and its members. Expect an inspiring night filled with connection, recognition, and forward-thinking vision.
Arrive Early – Pre-Flight Experience
Guests are encouraged to arrive early to take full advantage of the Pre-Flight Experience. Before the main program begins, attendees will enjoy exclusive access to the renowned Hiller Aviation Museum. Explore historic aircraft, take stunning photos among legendary planes, and immerse yourself in the world of aviation as the excitement begins to build.
A cocktail hour featuring curated drinks and appetizers will follow, offering the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new professionals, and set the tone for an extraordinary evening.
Dress Code: Top Gun Chic
Suit up and get ready to impress. This year’s theme invites you to bring out your inner Maverick or Goose with Top Gun–inspired fashion. Think flight suits, bomber jackets, aviator sunglasses, or elevated jet-set glamour.
For those who prefer a timeless look, cocktail or business-smart attire is always welcome. Adding to the excitement, the evening will feature a Best Aviation Costume Award, so don’t hesitate to lean into the theme and stand out.
Parking & Arrival Information
Complimentary parking is available at the venue. However, guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early, as traffic is expected and early arrival ensures full access to the pre-event museum experience.
