Sticky Streets at Laurel Street: San Carlos city crews are stepping up efforts to tackle the sticky aftermath of a persistent aphid infestation downtown, as sidewalks at Laurel Street and San Carlos Avenue become increasingly sticky and challenging for pedestrians this time of the year.
