San Carlos residents, your voice matters! Join us on Thursday, November 7, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for an engaging Virtual Community Workshop on the upcoming Draft Northeast Area Specific Plan. This workshop, hosted via Zoom, is your chance to learn about and provide input on key policies shaping the future of the Northeast Area.

During this online workshop, City staff and the consultant team will present the primary highlights proposed for the Draft Northeast Area Specific Plan. This plan is designed to guide development, enhance quality of life, and shape the future of this vibrant part of San Carlos. Key policies and recommendations will be discussed, giving you insight into the direction of the plan and its anticipated impact on the community.
We invite you to bring your ideas and share your feedback. This is a valuable opportunity to voice your opinions, ask questions, and be part of the planning process for the Northeast Area. Additionally, City staff will provide an overview of the planning process, including upcoming steps and milestones.
