Over the past few months\, the City has been working with community members\, city planners\, and design experts to draft preliminary standards aimed at making the development process smoother\, more predictable\, and more in line with State requirements. \n \nWhat You’ll Learn and Discuss\n\nPresentation of Preliminary Standards: City staff and design consultants from Van Meter William Pollack (VMWP) will provide an overview of the draft standards.
